The first question most sellers ask is “What is the value of my home?”  Determining value is more than just a Zillow Zestimate. It is an art and a science. How is your home unique? Which way is the market going? What is your competition? How much effort do you want to put into making it more appealing?  All this and more, needs to be considered.

 

Beyond price, there is much more to selling your home. There are Contract Negotiations; Appraisals; Home Inspections; Settlement Statements; Closing; Backup Offers; and much more.  I will be there every step of the way.
